• After you contact us we will arrange an informal consultation either in person or over the phone to ensure that we have the full requirements for your function.


• We will then provide you with your chosen menu and itemised quotation.


• On receipt of your invoice we would require payment of our 20% booking fee. This is non refunable.


• The final balance will be due 7 days before your event.


• Our prices will depend upon your events distance from our base in Bournemouth. We charge £2 per mile after the first 10 miles to any venue.


• For Saturdays during our peak season April to September our minimum booking value is £1,200+Travel costs.
